Our  sessions are designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body, focusing on correcting postural imbalances, Increasing flexibility, improving balance and restoring vitality. 

 

Classes have a maximum of 12 pupils, allowing for individual attention and technique correction.

 

We cater for a wide range of abilities including pre/postnatal and those suffering from common orthopaedic conditions.

Level 3 qualified Pilates Instructors

Level 3 qualified Pre and Postnatal Exercise Instructors

Level 2 qualified  Exercise and Physical Activity for Children Instructors.

Are qualified in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Condtions

Are trained in Small Equipment Pilates
