I have never done to a Pilates before are your classes suitable for complete beginners?

Yes!, our sessions are mixed ability unless otherwise stated, different levels of ability are offered during the session, all students are encouraged to work to their ability and progress when they think they are ready.

I am pregnant can I still participate in the Classes?

Our Instructors are qualified in pre and postnatal exercise and are always happy to adapt our group sessions for our pregnant participants however we always recommend checking with your midwife before joining our classes to make sure this form of exercise is suitable for your pregnancy.

I have an underlying medical condition, can I still participate in your classes?

While in most cases the answer is yes,  you maybe be required to get written confirmation from your doctor to say that is safe for you to participate in this type of exercise.
